I’ve known of Regina and her family for years, but had never officially “met” her until this past summer at a women’s event for our church. Regina knows my mom and knew my grandma, and I’ve heard of her for quite some time and loved getting to chat with her and get to know her more during the morning of solitude that our church holds twice a year.
Shortly after we chatted she contacted me about getting some updated family photos of her and her family! We picked a date and I found this super beautiful new location to shoot at, it’s brimming with fruit trees and plants and really is a secret garden with lovely afternoon light. It was so fun to try out some new poses with their family and to get to photograph kiddos that know how to stand still and smile for a photo 😉 (Not to knock my little clients at ALL, it’s just a whole other ball game when lots of bribery is involved).
After their session I anxiously awaited my film scans from Photovision, as always! When I got the photos back I was so thrilled with the colors and the lighting in them, they are so beautiful and it was so precious to be able to capture their family photos. I can’t wait to go back to this spot and take some more family photos in San Ramon.
