Lately i’ve been getting very excited when I get family session inquiries! I think it’s my mama heart leaping at the thought of another family having beautiful photos to cherish and hang in their homes. So naturally- I was so so excited when Erica contacted me about taking their first professional family photos as a family of 4! I was also so stoked that Erica wanted to do some nursing photos with her youngest- since her and her little girl had a hard time nursing for a while, it is so sweet that she wanted some pictures to document how far they had come on that journey!

We picked a date and ventured to an amazing spot for their Family Photos, which is now one of my favorite spots to photograph at, and it did not disappoint! With the session in the morning we got that beautiful morning sunshine, and the way that it filtered through the Eucalyptus trees was so magical! It’s so fun to find the best spots for a Livermore Family Photographer!

They knocked it out of the park when it came to outfits- with Erica in a beautiful pink dress and her husband in a light blue button up shirt and khaki pants. Their girls work olive green and white- and all of their outfits complemented each other and really added a beautiful vibe to the pictures. I always suggest taking time to plan out your outfits, consulting myself or pinterest. Most of all I love when clients choose soft earth tones, because they photograph so beautifully! Wearing the right outfits and colors to your session can really help make your photos have that extra pop of elegance.

This family session is one of my favorites to-date. From the perfect location, to the sweet little girlies who cooperated so well, it was so very fun and such an honor to photograph them!
